Documented Limitations
- Requires Node.js 22.19+ or 24+.

- The default four-way race can issue four provider requests per uncached image.
- Automatic conversion defaults to the deepseek-official route filter.
- allowedRoots protects explicit file paths, not Web attachments.
- Provider channels lacking required keys are skipped.
