dsh-Basics-Panel
DSH Web 插件「基础能力面板」：在 DSH 设置中可视化并管理 MCP 服务器、技能 与 规则。采用模块化 feature 注册表，后续的 DSH 可视化功能只需新增一个 feature 目录并在注册表加一行即可，无需改动面板骨架。
Install
$ dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-basics-panel@<version>DSH Compatibility
