Documented Limitations
- Claude summary records are reported but not mapped to DSH compaction nodes
- Permission records are counted and reported rather than directly imported
- Hosts without streaming fs support will fail whole-file if transcripts exceed maxTranscriptBytes
- Sessions with deleted source directories in per-project workspace mode will import but fail workspace attach
