Documented Limitations
- Does not migrate conversation sessions (requires separate chat import tools)
- OpenCode permissions and plugins are not converted
- Codex approval and sandbox policies are not imported
- Instruction globs, remote URLs, or multiple global instruction files are reported rather than auto-migrated
- Hook bridge enforcement has known upstream gaps (e.g. continue:false and Windows PowerShell exit codes) and should not be relied upon as an unverified security boundary
