Documented Limitations
- The TUI and Host must use compatible event, RPC, and content-block contracts.
- The current Host content protocol accepts text and images; general binary files are not sent as attachments.

- Very long tool output may be truncated by the Host.
- Some older handlers still use built-in dispatch rather than fully dynamic key bindings.
