dsh-plugin-prune is a web-profile DeepSeek Harness observer plugin. It records tool and skill activity, presents Plugin Health inside Settings → Plugins, and combines usage signals with manual value ratings to help assess which plugins may be unused or unreliable.

Removal recommendations combine observed signals with user ratings and should be reviewed before uninstalling.
