dsh-web-tools adds native `web_search` and `web_fetch` capabilities to DeepSeek Harness through configurable provider chains. It supports BYOK credentials, multiple keys per provider, fallback, quota display, a settings UI, proxy support, SearXNG, and a per-session Web Search toggle.
