AI-assisted organization based on the public repository snapshot. The content must be grounded in source evidence and does not replace compatibility or security verification.
Key Capabilities
- Registers a Wolfram/AgentTools MCP server in DeepSeek Harness.
- Discovers Wolfram executables through configuration, environment variables, Windows registry, standard paths, PATH, and optionally wolframscript.
- Provides a stdio supervisor for the Wolfram process tree launched by this bundle.
- Adds DSH-native approval handling for evaluation, testing, notebook I/O, and unknown Wolfram tools.
- Allows profile-level configuration of server name, kernel path, arguments, environment, timeouts, and permission policy.
Useful For
- Use Wolfram Language evaluation tools from a DeepSeek Harness profile.
- Connect a locally installed Wolfram desktop product or Wolfram Engine to DSH.
- Require approval before potentially side-effecting Wolfram tool calls.
- Configure a dedicated DSH profile for Wolfram MCP experimentation.
Who It Fits
- DeepSeek Harness users with a local Wolfram installation.
- Wolfram Language users who want AgentTools MCP capabilities in DSH.
- Developers who need configurable MCP process supervision and tool approvals.
Documented Limitations
- Requires DeepSeek Harness, Node.js ^22.19.0 or >=24, pnpm, a local Wolfram product or Engine, and the Wolfram/AgentTools Paclet version 2.2.0 or later.
- Only MCP Tools are bridged; MCP Resources and Prompts are not bridged.
- WolframLanguageEvaluator is not sandboxed; the bundle relies on DSH approval rather than restricting evaluation capabilities.
- Windows forced termination can leave a temporary cleanup window; orphan reclamation is a later mitigation.
- Full orphan identity validation is Windows-specific; macOS and Linux orphan handling is not verified in live environments.
DSH Compatibility
Version-specific runtime evidence collected by DSH Plugin. A missing result means we have not tested that combination yet.
