Key Capabilities
- Provides the ctx.worktree service for acquiring and releasing isolated Git worktrees.
- Exposes /worktree create, list, and remove commands through the dsh-worktree/commands entry.
- Creates worktrees under <repoRoot>/.dsh/worktrees/ and uses validated, flattened slugs for paths and branches.
- Refuses normal removal of dirty worktrees; --discard can force removal.
- Performs best-effort setup including project .dsh configuration, hooks-path inheritance, dependency-directory symlinks, and configured ignored-file copies.
- Periodically sweeps stale agent-* temporary worktrees.
- Serializes per-repository mutations and makes concurrent acquisition of the same slug idempotent.

Documented Limitations
- Automatic subagent(..., worktree: true) integration depends on an upstream dsh-subagent/dsh-tool-subagent capability that is not yet accepted.
- Child-session cwd overrides work only with in-process backends; listed out-of-process backends ignore them.
- Worktrees are owned by one DSH instance; cross-process sharing is not supported.
- The plugin does not merge retained worktrees; the delegating agent must merge the worktree branch.
- Post-creation setup is best-effort, and Windows symlink failures degrade to warnings.
