Documented Limitations

Current persistence uses the browser localStorage key dsh.turn-status.label, shared by same-origin tabs.
Host-side settings are registered but are not currently exposed to the browser because the DSH API gateway allowlists settings namespaces.
Status-field detection depends on role="status", aria-live="polite", and a stable turnStatus CSS-module local class; if that class changes, the plugin warns and stops rewriting the text.
The settings card is unavailable when the ui-settings-plugins settings slot is absent, although inline editing continues to work.
