Install
$ dsh plugin --profile web add @omdsh-plugins/omdsh-shortcutsPlugin Overview & Capabilities
AI-assisted organization based on the public repository snapshot. The content must be grounded in source evidence and does not replace compatibility or security verification.
Key Capabilities
- Opens a side-chat panel with Cmd/Ctrl+L or a header icon.
- Creates standalone side sessions or forks of the current conversation when context embedding is enabled.
- Captures a DOM-based anchor including path, line range, and selected text when available.
- Keeps unsaved side conversations hidden from the sidebar until Save creates a visible fork.
- Shows text answers while omitting reasoning and tool-call blocks.
- Provides the sidechat service and a sidechat.open command for composition with other plugins.
Useful For
- Ask about selected code or content without altering the active conversation.
- Keep a short, multi-turn investigation beside the current DeepSeek Harness view.
- Branch the current conversation when its existing context is needed for a follow-up question.
- Open a saved side conversation in the main Chat window for full workbench details.
Who It Fits
- DeepSeek Harness web GUI users.
- Developers reading code or anchored content in Harness.
- Plugin authors integrating custom anchor sources or summon controls.
Documented Limitations
- Requires a web surface; its browser client is not fetched for TUI or headless surfaces.
- Reasoning and tool-call blocks are not displayed in the side transcript.
- Anchors come only from registered sources or DOM selection; it does not read files or provide file attachment support.
- Supports one panel and one remembered side conversation per frame.
- Unsaved conversations remain persisted but are hidden from the sidebar.
- Changing the shortcut through a settings UI requires the optional omdsh-shortcuts plugin.
DSH Compatibility
Version-specific runtime evidence collected by DSH Plugin. A missing result means we have not tested that combination yet.
Security Signals
Objective signals discovered from package metadata and source inspection. These are not a guarantee that a plugin is safe.
